Tradition over Embers

The story of Oli's House grew out of something three families already loved doing: spending their weekends together. There was no grand plan. We simply gathered around the fire. Out of the heat of the charcoal grills, the smell of pizza pulled from the wood oven and dishes left to simmer slowly in the cauldron, we made a tradition of our own. The friends and guests who shared that honest taste with us encouraged us to open the gates to others, turning the joy of those meals in the yard into a place with a soul.

Today we carry that same unpretentious approach forward. We have stripped away the noise to concentrate on the heart of the ingredients, serving clean food made with joy and with respect for the tradition of the open fire.
